1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9777cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://9777cx.net and all associated services, games, and products offered therein.

By accessing the 9777cx website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether in cricket betting, casino games, slots, or any other 9777cx product — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the 9777cx platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9777cx reserves the right to close all but the first-registered account, void any related bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through the duplicate account.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 9777cx will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.

9777cx reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or request additional information at its sole discretion, including as part of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 9777cx account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9777cx accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 9777cx platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• All deposit and withdrawal methods offered by 9777cx are for personal use only. You may not use payment methods belonging to a third party.

• All bets are placed at the odds or game conditions displayed at the time of placement. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

9777cx may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Each promotion carries a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are published alongside each offer.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9777cx platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and prohibition from future use:

• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

• Placing bets on behalf of another person's account or operating multiple accounts.
• Any conduct that 9777cx reasonably determines to be fraudulent, harmful to the platform's integrity, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9777cx platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and the 9777cx brand identity, is the intellectual property of 9777cx or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 9777cx platform content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 9777cx provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 9777cx shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 9777cx platform.
• 9777cx's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to the 9777cx platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9777cx's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

9777cx reserves the right to suspend or close a player account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account presents regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 9777cx.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified through responsible gaming processes as requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate PKR balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification checks.

11. Privacy

9777cx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming
